GIRLS SOCCER: The sophomore goalkeeper saved two shots in the shootout and made one of her team’s penalty kicks in a 2-1 win over Lake Stevens which clinched a 4A District 1 playoff berth for the Knights.

VOLLEYBALL: The junior outside hitter had 12 kills and 13 digs in a 3-0 win over Everett and 14 kills and 11 digs in a 3-0 win over Glacier Peak to help the Mavericks move into first place in the Wesco 3A.

GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY: Fields won the senior girls race in the North County meet, covering the 5-kilometer course in 18 minutes, 28.42 seconds.

GIRLS SWIMMING: Taylor set a school record of 57.36 seconds in the 100-yard butterfly and swam a 4A state meet qualifying time in winning the 500 freestyle to help M-P defeat Jackson, Glacier Peak and Snohomish and claim the Wesco North dual-meet title.
