Starring Mr. Snuggums: YouTube and Hollywood director Kevin Macdonald are inviting people to submit videos of their daily lives on July 24 for a project called “Life in a Day.” Macdonald will be responsible for sifting through the videos and editing them into a movie.

Considering the number of videos of cats playing in boxes and teenagers falling off skateboards that he will have to sort through, we should hear back from him sometime around 2018.

Og want nice cuppa: The discovery of flint tools and other artifacts northeast of London shows that ancient man ventured into northern Europe and braved its cooler climate far earlier than thought, more than 800,000 years ago.

Among the artifacts discovered were mammoth fur wellie boots, stone teapots and a seal skin raincoat with a Pangea Fog label on the collar.

Round up the usual suspects: A restaurant owner on Abaco Island, where FBI and Bahamian authorities are searching for fugitive globetrotter Colton Harris-Moore, says the lanky teen isn’t going to blend in well among most of the island’s regulars.
