Lynnwood man arrested for alleged groping

A one-armed homeless man was arrested Thursday for allegedly groping a mentally disabled woman at a Lynnwood bus stop.
The incident took place Wednesday afternoon at a bus stop in the 1400 block of 164th Street SW, according to a police affidavit filed in Everett District Court.
The victim reported the incident to a case manager at her employment service who called police.
The man, 57, is well known to police and was quickly arrested. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of indecent liberties.
