BOYS SOCCER: Avila scored two goals and had an assist in a 5-4 win over Lake Stevens and had a goal and an assist in a 4-0 win over Arlington.

SOFTBALL: Jeans pitched a two-hit shutout with 15 strikeouts in a 5-0 win over Snohomish and a three-hit shutout with 13 strikeouts in a 3-0 win over Monroe.

BASEBALL: Ihrig pitched a complete game and doubled in a 6-5 win over Oak Harbor and hit two home runs, including a two-run shot in the bottom of the ninth inning to set up a game-winning home run by teammate Troy Mantie in a 9-8 win over Arlington.

GIRLS TENNIS: Nelson won in straight sets at No. 3 singles in a 6-1 win over Mariner and eked out a 5-7, 7-5, 6-4 win in a 4-3 victory over Kamiak.

BOYS GOLF: Strickland shot a 4-under-par 68 over 18 holes at Walter Hall Golf Course to medal in a meet with Lynnwood and Mariner.

GIRLS GOLF: Moon scored 37 Stableford points over nine holes at Harbour Pointe Golf Course to medal in a meet with Glacier Peak and Jackson and 38 points over nine holes at Walter Hall Golf Course to medal in a meet with Lynnwood and Mariner.

BOYS TRACK: Fellows won the 110-meter hurdles, the high jump and the triple jump in a dual meet against Glacier Peak and won the 110 hurdles, high jump, long jump and triple jump (in a school record 45 feet, 3 inches) at the Lake Stevens Invite.

GIRLS TRACK: Tougas won the 100-meter dash and ran on two winning relay teams in a dual meet against Gacier Peak and was named the female athlete of the meet at the Lake Stevens Invite after winning the 100, 200 and long jump (in a school record 17 feet, 5.5 inches).
