One cheeky monkey continues to elude authorities in the Tampa, Fla., area. The rhesus macaque has managed to avoid capture for a year, stealing food and even hanging out in the swimming pools of unoccupied homes.
Police haven’t ruled out the theory that Colton Harris-Moore has grown out his hair and moved to Florida.
