Tourism-related services deadline extended

EVERETT — The Everett Lodging Tax Advisory Committee has extended the deadline for applications for tourism-related services until noon Wednesday.

The committee will make recommendations for final funding to the City Council within three months of receiving applications.

Proposals must be from government agencies or nonprofit organizations for tourism promotion in 2010.

Forms and information can be found at the city’s Web site, www.ci.everett.wa.us, or in person at the city clerk’s office, first floor of the Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore Ave. in downtown Everett
