Thanks for making Jubilee a great success

Summer Jubilee took place on Aug. 8 at the Tulalip Amphitheater and was spectacular from start to finish. More than 700 volunteers from 15 different local churches hosted close to 8,000 guests. Close to 4,000 students received school supplies, well over 500 students received haircuts, and over 7,000 hot dogs were eaten.

All of it was free! If you were a business that donated funds or product, we are deeply appreciative. Teresa Meece, of the Tulalip Amphitheater, and Cmdr. Carlos Echevarria, of the Tulalip Police, were especially helpful and supportive of our event at the amphitheatre and merit special recognition. Thank you to all who contributed their time and resources to this event. It was a very great day!
