Wednesday’s Public Meetings

Everett City Council, 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, City Council Chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The council is scheduled to vote on whether to create a historic overlay district along several blocks of Virginia and Baker avenues, Victor Place, Leonard Drive, and 19th and 21st streets.

Granite Falls City Council, 7 p.m. Wednesday, Council Chambers, 206 S. Granite Ave.

Lake Stevens Planning Commission, 7 p.m. Wednesday, Community Senior Center, 1808 Main St. Amendments to the city’s comprehensive plan will be considered.
