Striking Bellevue teachers walk picket line

BELLEVUE — Striking teachers are walking picket lines outside schools in Bellevue.
The start of school is delayed for 16,000 students.
The union, representing 1,200 teachers, went on strike in a dispute over pay raises and more say from teachers in what they teach.
Contract talks are continuing today.
