This week’s featured new home is a four-bedroom, 2.75-bath, two-story design that was built by North Crest Development. It’s located in Lynnwood and close to Alderwood Mall, schools and commuter corridors.
Interior features include birch plank flooring, custom oak cabinets, an 18-foot ceiling, wood-wrapped windows, granite tile countertops, custom tile flooring and surrounds, and a natural gas fireplace.
The main floor is comprised of a foyer, separate formal living and dining rooms, an island-design kitchen, an informal eating area, an expansive family room, a three-quarter bath, a den and a finished three-car garage with double and single doors wired with electric openers.
The formal dining room is positioned to the right of the foyer and entered through an arched opening flanked by ornamental wood columns. A butler’s pantry that connects the dining room and kitchen includes a granite tile countertop and built-in overhead cabinets with glass fronts.
On the opposite side of the hall is the living room that has upper- and lower-level windows overlooking the street. There are also several square-shaped privacy windows and wall sconces.
Kitchen amenities include a breakfast bar, a built-in desk, drop-down lighting, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, a four-burner gas cooktop and an over-the-range microwave.
