Buckle up, it’s going to be a bumpy ride

That’s how you get an achy breaky neck: Miley Cyrus and her pop, Billy Ray Cyrus, are in trouble with Consumer Reports magazine, which says the pair are seen riding in a car without seat belts in Miley’s new 3D movie, “Miley Cyrus &Hannah Montana: Best of Both Worlds Concert.”

The nervous Nellies at Consumers Union should relax. Kids will get a good reminder to buckle up when they watch Miley rocket through the windshield and into their laps in 3D.

Eat here, get gas: Fast-food restaurants Burger King and Wendy’s have joined McDonald’s in the hope that adding double cheeseburgers to their $1 value menus will improve sales.

It still works out to a $3 burger because customers have to burn about $2 worth of gas waiting in the drive-through line.

Fix dogs, not votes! Lynnwood’s Valcopy Kasey Kahne, a toy fox terrier, lost out on his bid for best in show at the Westminster dog show Tuesday in New York (above).

Supporters of the perky-eared pup have accused Westminster officials of declaring a winner before all judges’ votes were in and have demanded a recount. And a dog biscuit.
