A four-bedroom, 2.5-bath Craftsman-style two-story in the Fobes Hill area near Snohomish is our featured home today. It was built in 1999 and is on a .76-acre lot in the Skipley Manor subdivision.

The home’s front door opens to a foyer with oak flooring. A formal living room is to the immediate right.

Features of the living room include off-white plush carpeting, wainscoting, shadowboxing, vaulted cathedral ceiling, and large windows overlooking the front and side yards.

A few steps away to the left of the foyer is a half bathroom with oak flooring, high ceiling with crown molding, and an oversized single vanity topped with tile.

The laundry room and a door accessing the home’s attached three-car garage is nearby. The laundry room has vinyl flooring, built-in cabinets and a utility sink.

A paned glass door opens to a den, home office or extra bedroom. The room has pale neutral plush carpeting, recessed lighting, a double closet with bifold doors, and a window overlooking a side yard.

The kitchen, family room and informal dining area are arranged in an open floorplan at the back of the house.

Kitchen features include oak flooring, a center island with smooth-top range, a breakfast bar, cherry cabinets with white tile countertops, white appliances, pantry closet, and a window above the sink, overlooking the back yard.

The informal dining area has oak flooring and a sliding glass door accessing a multi-level deck with hot tub.

Family room highlights include off-white looped carpeting, recessed lighting, gas fireplace with marble tile hearth and surround, and a French door accessing the deck.

A formal dining room is positioned for access from the living room and kitchen. It has off-white plush carpeting, wainscoting, shadowboxing, crown molding and large windows overlooking the back and side yards. A French door separates the dining and living rooms.

A switchback staircase in the foyer ascends to the second level, which includes the master suite, three bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The master suite is at the back of the house. Highlights include a sitting area with bay window, crown molding and a double closet. The master bathroom has a deep soaker tub and a shower, both with tile surrounds.
