Arlington: $165,244 to the Washington State Department of Revenue, Olympia, for leasehold tax on the municipal airport for the first quarter of 2007.

$19,602 to Barnett Implement Co., Mount Vernon, to buy a new mowing deck for the municipal airport’s lawnmower.

$4,007 to LexisNexis Matthew Bender, Philadelphia, for municipal code documents.

Edmonds: $380,000 to Reid Middleton Inc., Everett, for the Caspers, Ninth Avenue and Puget Drive Walkway project.

Everett: $80 to FBI National Academy Washington chapter for membership dues.

$14,404 to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway to relocate railroad tracks near the Snohomish River.

$1,872 to Carrot Top Industries of North Carolina for U.S. flags.

$20,902 to Northrop Grumman, Los Angeles, for citywide wireless equipment.

Monroe: $2,886 to PetroCard Systems Inc. for fuel for patrol vehicles.

$456 to Sky Valley Towing, Bothell, for tow services.

$728 to NorthStar Chemical Inc., Portland, Ore., for scrubber chemical.

Snohomish: $3,396 to Snohomish County PUD for electric billing from Jan. 8 to March 16.

$511 to Steuber Distributing Co. for park restroom repairs.

$242 to Airport Way Service Glass for a new windshield for a vehicle.
