Ugly start

Washington’s offense didn’t get the start it wanted to, as Isaiah Stanback’s pass went behind Anthony Russo and was picked off. But San Jose State wasn’t much better, getting two false starts and having to settle for a field goal. One observation is that the Spartans’ offense is playing very fast, probably trying to take advantage of the new clock rule and catching the Husky defense organized. It’s something to pay attention to for the rest of the game.
