ARLINGTON — Shorewood’s Delaney Hopen had four aces, 17 kills and 12 digs to help lead the Wesco 3A-leading Thunderbirds to a victory over Arlington on Thursday.

Taryn Shelley had five kills, four blocks, and 41 assists while Joely Shepard made seven kills and seven digs for Shorewood.

Mackenzie Massey had 12 kills, 19 digs, and two blocks for Arlington in the defeat.
