Endorsement: Fire District 7 levy: Yes

Voters in Mill Creek and the surrounding area will be asked whether or not to renew Fire District 7’s property tax levy. The district is keeping the levy at $1.50 per $1,000 of assessed value, 70 percent of which goes toward staff such as firefighters and medics. Voters should approve the district’s levy request on Nov. 4.
