Published 5:55 pm Saturday, March 2, 2013

EVERETT

Forward lines:

Harrison-Winquist-Sandhu

Hayer-Bauml-Petryk

Soumelidis-Mappin-Aasman

Skapski-Stadnyk-Leedahl

Defensive pairings:

Cox-Mueller

Betker-Oslanski

Zipp-Adam

Starting goalie:

Lotz

Scratches: Nikkel, Low, Grayson, MacDonald.

Notes: The main change for Everett from Friday night’s 7-1 loss to Edmonton is that Austin Lotz gets the start in goal. Winger Mitch Skapski and defenseman Austin Adam cycle back into the lineup in place of Brayden Low and Cole MacDonald, while Landon Oslanski remains on defense. Defenseman Ayrton Nikkel (finger) and winger Lucas Grayson (lower body) remain out injured.

PORTLAND

Forward lines:

Leipsic-Petan-Rattie

Bittner-De Leo-Bjorkstrand

Leier-Peters-Iverson

Baker-Turgeon-Mahon

Defensive pairings:

Wotherspoon-Jones

MacPherson-Rutkowski

Vorobev-Hanson

Starting goalie:

Carruth

Scratches: De Champlain, Kopeck, Pouliot.

Notes: Portland remains without defenseman Derrick Pouliot, the former first-overall pick in the bantam draft, because of a lower-body ailment. No. 1 goalie Mac Carruth gets a rare start against the Tips as Brendan Burke has typically carried the mail against Everett this season.
