Kids have an excuse, but not adults

Regarding the article, “Marysville kids say the darnedest things about the election”: For those who cringe at the thought of Donald Trump being president, it should come as no surprise that the story about the comments of fourth-graders was revealing in the thinking process of the very young, even if the “facts” don’t always align. They have youth on their side, but what excuses do their parents and others have for toting for an incompetent, egotistical, maniacal individual, who is in over his head? This guy never ran for public office, and as usual, those who think government can be ran like a business, just ask Scott Walker in Michigan, are only asking for trouble.
More efficient, yes! But there is no boardroom and one man is never in charge. It would appear that many adults have reverted to their grade-school mentality, and who will suffer the most? Those innocent fourth graders, that’s who!
