VIDEO: UW coach Chris Petersen talks about the Apple Cup

On Friday in Pullman we’ll be treated to the biggest Apple Cup in a generation as Washington and Washington State face one another, with the winner earning a spot in the Pac-12 championship game. It’ll be the 109th meeting all time between the Huskies and Cougars, and the first time since 1981 that the game had this much meaning to both teams.

On Monday Washington coach Chris Petersen spoke to the local media about the upcoming game. Here’s video of him talking about the challenge of facing WSU quarterback Luke Falk, as well as about UW cornerback Darren Gardenhire’s decision to leave the program:
