A wide front porch with lattice trim and a waist-high railing add a down-home touch to the country-style Wade.

Sturdy lap siding and a durable shake roof give this 2,228-square-foot home a permanent look. The Wade is economical to construct on a medium-sized lot delivering plenty of value for the building dollar.
