Triassic overbite

The better to eat you with: A dinosaur fossil found in New Mexico appears to fill a gap in dinosaur evolution between Triassic-era creatures and their younger cousins, such as the T. rex. The new dinosaur was dubbed Damonosaurus chauliodus. Chauliodus is from the Greek for “buck-toothed,” for the beast’s sharp, slanted front teeth.
The find has allowed paleontologists to more accurately pinpoint the beginning of dinosaur orthodontia as sometime after 200 million years ago.

No, not the blue-footed kind: A federal judge has ruled that breast cancer fundraising bracelets that read “I (heart) boobies” aren’t lewd or vulgar and that students in public schools can’t be barred from wearing them.
The ruling probably would have carried more legal authority had the judge been able to read the word “boobies” without having to stifle a fit of giggles.

Must be the long, dark winters: Iceland’s Phallological Museum has added to its collection of penises from whales, seals, bears and other mammals. Its newest acquisition is that of a 95-year-old Icelander.
Kids, if you insist on going to school in a T-shirt that reads, “My parents went to Iceland’s Phallological Museum and all I got was this lousy T-shirt,” we don’t think the judge is going to back you up on that one.
