Prep baseball: Marysville 11, Cascade 3

EVERETT — Marysville-Pilchuck’s (2-0 overall) Ross Lyons led his team with a double, triple, two RBI and three runs. Brandon Dormaier added a 2-for-2 effort with a double and two runs. M-P scored three runs in the third when Cascade (0-2) made three errors. Also in the third inning, Cascade’s Corbin Duffy hit a two-run double. M-P pitcher Eric Torvilson (1-0) got the win and had two strikeouts in three innings.
