Prep softball: Meadowdale 8, Everett 7

LYNNWOOD — Alyssa Reuble hit a walk off home run to cap a seventh inning comeback by Meadowdale against Everett (0-1 league, 1-1 overall). Reuble, who finished 3-for-4, hit a 2-2 pitch out after Lilly Paschal led off the inning with a double. Paschal also homered for Meadowdale (1-0, 2-1), hitting a solo shot in the first inning. After the Mavericks jumped out to a 4-0 lead, Everett fought back with a four-run third inning that tied the score at five. Everett took the lead in the seventh with a steal of home.
