Thank you, Craig, for fixing flat tire

We wish to extend a profound “thank you” to “Craig” from Darrington, who came to our aid last week on Highway 530. En route to Arlington during a pouring rainstorm, we experienced a flat left-rear tire.

A Honda passed us, turned around, and came back to our location o

n the side of the road to assist us. This wonderful man got out, introduced himself, and offered his help.

We are in our 70s, and were having trouble getting the old tire off, and were getting soaked by the rain and the passing cars and trucks. In no time at all, he had the flat tire off, the spare out of the trunk and on the car.

Craig would not take any payment, but explained that helping others in need is what Darrington and Arlington neighbors do for each other. So, thank you, Craig, and God bless you!
