EVERETT

Forwards: Bajkov, Low, Leedahl, Laurencelle, Bauml, Stadnyk, Fonteyne, Millar, Aasman, Mykitiuk, Nikolishin, Scherbak.

Defensemen: Juulsen, Betker, Skrumeda, MacDonald, Davis, Wharrie.

Goaltenders: Hart, Lotz.

Scratches: Pfeifer, Kindopp, Leslie, Wegleitner.

Notes: Everett uses the exact same lineup for the second straight game. Defenseman Tristen Pfeifer remains out with an upper-body injury. Call-up defenseman Alex Astasiewicz has returned home for school purposes.

SPOKANE

Forwards: Oneschuk, Stewart, Bechtold, Helewka, McAndrews, Ka. Yamamoto, Brooks, Zwerger, Whittingham, Elynuik, Playfair, Ke. Yamamoto/Anderson-Dolan.

Defensemen: Fram, Charif, Helgesen, Fiala, Henderson, Laday.

Goaltenders: Hughson, Verhelst.

Scratches: Rayman, Miske, Cardiff, Toporowski, Olynek, Ke. Yamamoto/Anderson-Dolan.

Notes: Spokane makes one change from Game 1 as one of forwards Keanu Yamamoto or Jaret Anderson-Dolan will come in for Kolten Olynek. Yamamoto, who was a late scratch Friday, will be a late decision. If he can’t go, 15-year-old call-up Anderson-Dolan gets the nod. Winger Jacob Cardiff remains out with an upper-body injury. Defenseman Matt Sozanski, who’s out indefinitely because of an upper-body injury, disappeared off one roster, but remains on another.
