Prep boys basketball: Glacier Peak 70, Shorecrest 65

SHORELINE — Shorecrest got within one point with less than 2 minutes to play but Jack Bonner and Dylan Vargas made 3-pointers to lead Glacier Peak to its sixth win in a row. Vargas scored 21 points, Payton Pervier scored 20 and Bonner and Tanner Southard each scored 11 for Glacier Peak in the Wesco 3A contest. Colin Shands scored 14 points, Keith Shattuck scored 13 and Trevor McCoy had 11 for Shorecrest, which had a four-game win streak snapped.
