Monroe: Summer camping in the city
The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department is partnering with Skyhawks Sports to bring summer camps to the city.
The camps will be held June 22 through Aug. 14 for children ages 3 to 12. They will include soccer, basketball, tennis, cheerleading, golf, flag football and other activities.

Sultan: Annual lip sync contest
The Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce has scheduled its 27th annual Lip Sync Contest for 7 p.m. May 15 at the Sultan High School commons.
People who want to perform should bring a CD and $3 for admission. There will be cash prizes. For more information, call 360-793-0983.
