Snohomish County, PUD join for revamped EnviroStars program

Snohomish County, Snohomish County PUD and the City of Edmonds are part of 16 Washington cities, counties and utilities to launch a revamped EnviroStars program.
The 20-year-old program to help businesses reach environmental goals now has a central web portal to make it easier to find referrals for local sustainability services and incentives to start on a path to recognition.
