Nat Nimmer, Shorewood baseball

Nimmer, a junior, went 2-for-2 in his varsity debut and helped the Thunderbirds rally for an 8-7 win over North Kitsap.

Delaney Peterson, King’s girls golf

Peterson earned medalist honors with a 9-hole score of 25 as the Knights beat South Whidbey in a modified Stableford format.

Josh Latimer, Lynnwood baseball

Latimer, a senior, pitched five no-hit innings in relief for the Royals, striking out 10 and walking one. He also went 1-for-4 at the plate with a double as Lynnwood beat Cascade 8-3.
