Why I want to cancel my Herald subscription

Every morning when I start reading The Herald I tell my husband to cancel our subscription; why?
Every day there are articles about climate change. Anyone can go back and read the history of weather and see that weather has always had its ups and downs. I’m not saying that humans are not contributing to the change, yet I believe that those (Gov. Jay Inslee for one) pushing for all the changes are going to make money out of it. I think more heat issues are happening because of the building: replacing dirt and grass with concrete and asphalt, huge buildings that retain the heat and send it back into the atmosphere; trees cut down that used to clean the air. When natural gas, propane and wood-burning are outlawed and we all have to be electric-only do you not think we will have rolling blackouts; the grid cannot handle all electric for the state of Washington.
I am a hockey fan and every morning after an Everett Silvertips or Seattle Kraken game they are lucky to have a two-inch paragraph about the game. Did you know that this year the Tips made it into the playoffs early in the season and that they have retained the No. 11 position in their division all season? Seahawks are plastered everywhere in the sports section whether they are doing well or losing huge or not playing at all. Mariners and Sounders get way more coverage than hockey ever has.
Covid: I have followed every mandate, I have been vaccinated, I have had Covid, I wore a mask even when it made my asthma worse. We now have to accept the fact that Covid like the flu is here to stay. People need to not belittle those that don’t think the same way as them. Now Pfizer wants there to be another booster; why? Money, of course, they have made bank, as have all those who make masks, gloves, gowns, testing kits, etc.
