Would Thomas’ opinion allow even his own marriage?

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ originalism philosophy is so conservative that interracial marriages would definitely not be allowed. Same sex marriages won’t be allowed. Contraception won’t be allowed. Women would not have equal rights. However, while Justice Thomas will vote and rule to have all these legal understandings of our Constitution to be changed in the near future he won’t vote for interracial marriage to be banded because he is married to a white woman. Will Justice Clarence Thomas get any heat by his conservative backers about the fact that he is married to a white woman? No, because they like his judicial activism.

A majority of Americans do not support this extreme conservative understanding of our Constitution. In addition, today we are only an election away with having the right to an abortion taken away. Yes, if Washington state legislature is flipped abortion will not be an option in Washington state.
