Glad to see The Herald will keep printing, regardless of delivery

I will sorely miss my early morning meeting-of-the-minds with the witty, wise, and wonderful Daily Herald (“A letter from the publisher,” The Herald, Dec. 25). I am in awe, no easy financial feat, that home delivery remained feasible this long. Bravo, I am impressed and grateful.
Large and small newspapers across America have been disappearing for a decade or two. Even the mighty Washington Post would be history if a familiar billionaire hadn’t bought it so it wouldn’t.
Thank you, to everyone associated with keeping our Herald alive and loaded with newsworthy reading.
I’m 77 years old. Yes, I’ll miss the way it was but, let’s wake up and get real. Snail delivery by the postal service, etc., is a small comfort-zone price to pay to keep our The Daily Herald healthy and in print form as long as we can.
