Saunders’ oppostion to harm reduction a partisan reaction

Regarding a recent column (“Saunders: Easy access to Narcan might normalize opioid overdoses,” The Herald, March 27):

Taking into consideration syndicated columnist Debra J. Saunders’ organization, all you have to know is that the Biden administration is pushing this project to know why she is against it. A person’s opinion who is paid to push a certain party’s agenda cannot be taken anything but cynically. Just like some people would be against Trump and not admit that he was right on somethings and had a few good pieces of legislation or ideas this person would have the same mirror view on Biden.

Robert Marbut who is the only one quoted by name in her column belongs to the same organization as she and was in the Trump organization. Given the organization’s opposition to basic science that is all you have to know about the Discovery Institute’s impartiality.
