What’s cause of Boeing’s recent losses?

Regarding the news that the Boeing Co. lost $425 million in the first quarter, I retired from Boeing as an overhead crane operator 14 years ago. At that time I had but one question I needed to answer, “Could Boeing survive without me?”
A difficult question, indeed, but I felt that if others would step up, the loss of my efforts would be minimized. How wrong I was! Perhaps I should come out of retirement and do my part to help the company’s profitability. Or I could continue on my current path, following the teachings of Red Green and The Possum Lodge, “Quando Omni Flunkus Moritati” (when all else fails, play dead).
