Where are the younger presidential candidates?

It seems amazing to me that in a rich country with well over 300 million people we can’t get presidential candidates younger than their late 70s.

I am a geezer myself, born in 1947. I was a lot more capable 30 years ago than I am now, at least in some things. We have many serious problems these days that need fixing.

I would just like to have an election where I could vote for someone who helped the average American not one that hurts us a bit less than his opponent.
