EVERETT — A Snohomish brewery will host a Seattle Seahawks watch party at 4:30 p.m. Thursday to raise funds for a number of local organizations to go toward flood relief efforts, the brewery announced on social media Tuesday.
The event, set to be held at Haywire Brewing, will raise funds for youth soccer organization Snohomish United, youth baseball organization Snohomish Little League, the Snohomish Valley Golf Center and Hometown Country Christmas, a holiday-themed event at a local farm, Hidden Meadows. The Little League, golf center and farm were all affected by the record flooding, according to social media posts from the organizations.
The brewery will donate $2 from every beer sold during Thursday’s for relief efforts, it said in a social media post. Cathouse Pizza, a Snohomish-based restaurant, will have food available and donate $2 from every pizza. The brewery is also accepting donations of clothing, goods and food.
Haywire Brewing is located at 738 Rainier St. in Snohomish. To RSVP: tinyurl.com/3mrh6ka2.
