Catapult: The dance company that specializes in shadow illusion, best known for their time on the hit show “America’s Got Talent,” performs at noon and 7:30 p.m. Oct. 23 at Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N., Edmonds. Dancers working behind a screen to create shadow silhouettes of shapes from the world around us. Bodytraffic: “The company of the future,” Bodytraffic is a world-class contemporary dance company. The company will perform Micaela Taylor’s “Snap” at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N., Edmonds. “Snap” was inspired by the ethnically diverse, yet isolating crowds of LA.
