Still looking for that perfect gift? Everett’s HopeWorks offers a variety of unique gift solutions for everyone on your list!
Better yet, every purchase made through a HopeWorks Social Enterprise helps fund all the amazing community programs HopeWorks offers.
From delicious favorites at Kindred Kitchen to the accessories to brighten your home decor, every purchase will support programs in the local community.
HopeWorks is at the forefront of effective long-term solutions for Snohomish County’s most vulnerable residents, with programs ranging from those helping individuals secure long-term housing to offering innovative career training programs.
“HopeWorks uses a full spectrum approach to help those who need it the most, from our fantastic job training program, to our partnership with Housing Hope which provides housing, and family support. Together we provide long-term support for everyone that walks through our doors. Our programs provide support in a truly holistic approach for those in need in our community.” says Brea Armbruster, Marketing and Communications Director.
Hopeworks collaborates with Housing Hope to provide an innovative 12-week job training program that’s designed intentionally to be low-barrier and offer long-term support. Participants spend the first four weeks in the classroom learning versatile, transferable job skills and then spend the final eight weeks of the program in hands-on positions at either Kindred Kitchen, Renew Home and Decor, Ground Works Landscaping or their newest social enterprise, Tomorrow’s Hope Child Development Centers. After completing their 12-week job training program, Graduates receive ongoing support to achieve their education and career goals as well as a permanent place in the HopeWorks family, helping build strong life-long community connections.
“We have an incredible team of empathetic and supportive individuals – they’re truly the backbone of the entire organization. The people we work with have an entire network of support and encouragement from the day they walk into the program to the day they leave, and even after if they want to stay connected and continue to benefit from the community we have built here,” says Brent Arbes, Director of Job Training.
