Hopeworks collaborates with Housing Hope to provide an innovative 12-week job training program that’s designed intentionally to be low-barrier and offer long-term support. Participants spend the first four weeks in the classroom learning versatile, transferable job skills and then spend the final eight weeks of the program in hands-on positions at either Kindred Kitchen, Renew Home and Decor, Ground Works Landscaping or their newest social enterprise, Tomorrow’s Hope Child Development Centers. After completing their 12-week job training program, Graduates receive ongoing support to achieve their education and career goals as well as a permanent place in the HopeWorks family, helping build strong life-long community connections.

“We have an incredible team of empathetic and supportive individuals – they’re truly the backbone of the entire organization. The people we work with have an entire network of support and encouragement from the day they walk into the program to the day they leave, and even after if they want to stay connected and continue to benefit from the community we have built here,” says Brent Arbes, Director of Job Training.
