Have you ever had to choose between your bank account and your health? Have you ever delayed or cancelled care because the clinic was too far away, or you didn’t feel comfortable going inside? Have you ever worried that the clinic you could afford might not have high quality care?
Every day, Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) addresses those concerns.
“Our mission statement is ‘to provide our diverse community with access to high quality, affordable primary health care,’” says Joe Dalere, Practice Manager at CHC’s Lynnwood Medical Clinic. “I believe we have some of the best doctors in Snohomish County, and I hear the same thing from many of our patients. We have a mother who tried a private clinic, but came back to us because she preferred our patient care.”
CHC uses a patient-centered care model, which means that their team of health care professionals work WITH you to build a relationship based on your health care needs. No matter who you’re speaking with on the Care Team, whether it’s a receptionist, a registered nurse, dental hygienist, dietician or pharmacist, CHC aims to provide the healthcare YOU need —the care that works best for YOU.
“We recently moved Lynwood’s walk-in services to the Edmonds Clinic, which has given us space for more primary care providers. It allows us to do even more for patients of all ages, and provide exceptional care for their physical and mental health,” Dalere says.
