Community Transit employees delivered presents for 70 homeless teens at Cascade, Everett, Jackson and Sequoia high schools, as well as two online programs. The transit agency partnered with Washington Kids in Transition and Volunteers of America for the effort.

Gifts from the teens’ wish lists were packaged in new backpacks along with hygiene kits and a gift card. Community Transit business partners Otak, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Perteet donated the backpacks. The Everett Costco, Fred Meyer, Target and Walmart stores helped with donations for the hygiene kits.
