EDMONDS — An Edmonds man has been arrested in the killing of his wife, police say.
Around 5 p.m. Friday, officers were investigating the death of a woman, 66, in the 23400 block of 94th Avenue West, according to the Edmonds Police Department. Her husband, 73, called 911. They both lived in the home.
Police arrested her husband for investigation of second-degree murder. He remained in the Snohomish County Jail on Saturday.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the woman as well as determine the cause and manner of her death.
No further information was available Saturday.
