BOTHELL — A large police presence in a residential neighborhood resulted in a suspect’s arrest Tuesday night in Bothell.
Bothell Police Department officers contained a property in the 20500 block of 32nd Dr. SE to contact a wanted suspect around 7:30 p.m.
Nearby homes were evacuated as a precaution, according to the Bothell Police Department.
A negotiator spoke with the suspect by phone. Police eventually arrested the person for investigation kidnapping, among other potential charges. A 15-year-old girl in the home was safe.
