GRANITE FALLS — A man killed in a shooting at a motorhome earlier this month has been identified.
On the morning of Feb. 7, two men entered an RV on the 1500 block of 116th St NE. An argument broke out before they opened fire on a 33-year-old man living inside, according to investigators.
He was later transported to Providence Regional Hospital Everett where he died. A woman who was also in the home during the altercation remained uninjured. The deceased has been identified as Austin Hoerner, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office. His death was classified as homicide.
Two men fled the scene in a silver car, possibly a Ford Fusion, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
No update on the investigation had been released as of Thursday.
