GRANITE FALLS — A man killed in a shooting Saturday in Granite Falls has been identified.
Jordan Hurtado, 27, of Everett, was shot following a fight with a stranger at 11 a.m. Saturday in the 21100 block of Gun Club Road. The cause of death was gunshot wounds, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner announced Thursday. The manner of death was homicide.
The day of the killing, Snohomish County sheriff’s deputies arrested suspected shooter Finley Hilde.
Fourteen hours before the Granite Falls shooting, Hilde reportedly shot a man to death at an apartment complex in Burlington, according to police.
Hilde remained in custody at the Snohomish County Jail this week with bail set at $3 million.
