EVERETT — Members of a local progressive group plan to rally against the current presidential administration at noon Wednesday at the Snohomish County Campus.
The organization, Snohomish County Indivisible, announced the planned protest online. The group hopes to present a letter to the local offices of Washington Sens. Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell, demanding them to “use every tool at their disposal to fight back against the takeover of our government,” the announcement reads.
The protest in Everett coincides with planned protests nationwide. A group of online organizers under the name “50501” hope to hold rallies in all 50 states Wednesday.
