Dunn will bring a positive attitude to county council

We have a clear choice to represent us on the Snohomish County Council, District 2.

Megan Dunn is the best choice. Consider her endorsements. The State Farm Bureau, the Everett Firefighters and Paramedics, Washington Bikes, to name a few. The people in these groups look to Megan to shape the county into a healthy, economically sound place for their families. Then look at her opponent’s endorsements. See which group best aligns with the vision that you have for Snohomish County.

Megan spent seven years at Service Employees International Union (SEIU) fighting for working families, where she helped secure a citywide contract which included the first ever guaranteed sick days,

Unlike her opponent, Megan is not a fear monger. The “lock em up” mentality has not worked. Decades of using that model have failed. Yes, criminals need to be held accountable for their crimes. But it is not a crime to be addicted to drugs or to be homeless.

Megan has children, so of course she is concerned about pubic safety, as we all are. Her opponent’s attempt to say otherwise is shameful.

Megan Dunn will bring a positive attitude, and the professional skills that are needed to guide us through the changes coming to Snohomish County. Please vote for her before Nov. 5, so that she can continue her work on community building and environmental sustainability. She will bring diverse groups together to benefit us all.
