Regarding the article, “Details of State Patrol’s Reardon probe released”: I understand after reading the story and related documents regarding the investigation into County Executive Reardon that his expenses were paid for by himself or outside groups. But if these were official trips and he didn’t attend events, wasn’t he still collecting his salary and not using vacation time?
How about Ms. Dutton, were her trips on her vacation time or was she paid by the county during the trips? I am more concerned with the executive taking romantic trips while collecting his pay and using his vacation time for his family time. I believe the executive needs to clear this issue up.
