Generous donors give kids real holiday

Christmas House 2014 was very special! We were able to provide more than 55,000 gifts to 3,060 low income families and 8,970 children from every city in Snohomish County. Christmas House could not have done this without generous grants, monetary gifts and in-kind donations from foundations, businesses, schools, churches, organizations and individuals. It also could not have happened without an army of volunteers more than 800 strong.

Special thanks to the North Everett Boys &Girls Club who generously donated the use of their large gymnasium as Christmas House’s home, Les Schwab for their tremendous effort in their county-wide toy drive, the Everett Silvertips for their four-game toy drive and Pacific Power and Batteries for donating batteries to power all our large toys we gave away. The board of directors of Christmas House sincerely thanks everyone who made the 2014 giving season an overwhelming success!

Rick Kvangnes

Christmas House President
