Honking ruling is unconstitutional

Regarding the article, “State Supreme Court tosses county horn-honking limits as overly broad”: The decision by “the court” on the horn honking is unconstitutional, as has been ruled a few years ago when “the court” ruled that loud noises couldn’t be prevented from entering residents’ homes!

Different from flag burning, as individuals could always “look away.”
