The president and the postmaster general keep telling us that the mail is working as usual. Well, it isn’t! The supplier of my wife’s medication sent it from San Diego on Aug. 10. It arrived at the Seattle post office on Aug. 12.
When plugging in the tracking number we are told it was “in transit” ever since Aug. 16.
This unreasonable delay has necessitated calling our doctor for a replacement prescription to be filled at a local pharmacy.
This is not only inconvenient for us as well as the doctor, it is also more expensive. The Postal Service is far too important to play politics with it.
